- Send you PRIME, PERFORM, and UNWIND reminder notifications (if enabled)

Health data (Apple HealthKit and Android Health Connect)

The MODE³ app may request read-only access to health data stored on your device via Apple HealthKit (iOS) or Android Health Connect (Android), including:

- Heart rate variability (HRV)- Resting heart rate- Sleep data- Workout information

This data is used exclusively to provide personalized state recommendations within the app. Health data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to our servers, not stored in our database, and not shared with any third party.We do not use health data for advertising, marketing, or data brokering.You can revoke health data access at any time in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Health → MODE³ / Android: Settings → Apps → Health Connect → MODE³).

5. Push notifications (tracker app only)

If you enable push notifications in the MODE³ tracker app, the app sends reminders for your state-switching rituals (PRIME, PERFORM, UNWIND). You can disable these at any time in your device settings. If you join the MODE³ community on Huddle, the Huddle app may also send you community notifications (replies, new posts, weekly check-ins). These notifications are managed by Huddle and can be turned off in the Huddle app settings.

6. Cookies

Our website uses cookies for functionality and analytics. Analytical cookies are only used where legally permitted and may require your consent depending on your location. You can manage cookie preferences via your browser settings.

7. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following service providers, solely to operate our services:

- Supabase = our database provider. Stores account and session data from the tracker app. GDPR-compliant.- MailBlue = our email platform. Used for account emails and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.- Plug & Pay = our payment and webshop provider. Processes order and payment data.- Huddle = our community platform. If you join the MODE³ community, your profile and activity data are handled by Huddle under their own privacy terms.

No health data is shared with any party.

8. Data security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

9. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. If you want your data deleted, contact us at [email protected]. We will process your request within 30 days.
